All Inclusive Workshop Fee – You’ll receive polymer clay, related tools (including the Micro-Screwdriver!), consumables and findings. Just bring yourself and the suggested metalsmithing tools listed in the downloadable PDF.

This is a limited registration (12 max plus 1 assistant), hands on class that will deal with learning polymer clay techniques that lend themselves well to the metalsmithing discipline. Students will make their own patterns, textures and effects as well as be provided with pre-assembled polymer clay “stock” for combining and experimentation. The workshop will be concentrating on the applications of polymer clay and students should have a basic skill level in metalsmithing. There is NO Soldering in this workshop.

In consideration of accepting this activity, and to the extent permitted by the law, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless on behalf of myself, Corliss Rose/John Lemieux Rose-2Roses (instructor) and DFM Associates and their representatives (host) from and against any and all liabilities, claims, penalties, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether related to bodily injury, property damage or any other form of injury or loss to myself, caused by any negligent act or omission of Corliss Rose/John Lemieux Rose-2Roses, and et all as mentioned above, arising out of or in any way related to participation in the activity for which I am registered. I acknowledge that the activity of this release employs the use of craft knives, tissue blades and a heat source (commercial toaster oven), acrylic paint and polymer clay.

As a result of my agreement, I am accepting those risks for myself. I also accept full responsibility for the parking of my vehicle and the security of my personal valuables, tools and supplies for this workshop. I further give permission to Corliss Rose/John Lemieux Rose-2Roses to take photographs while participating in this activity for use in future publicity and that I will not receive any compensation for such use.

I certify that I have read and understand this waiver and release as it applies to me.
