Shipping
Shipping retail orders, domestic in the USA is free. We ship USPS priority mail (3 day delivery) with a tracking number.
Shipping retail orders to Europe and the rest of the world is charged $26. per order. This is for USPS priority international with a 6 to 10 day delivery with a customs number for reference.
Packaging
All work is packaged in a customized craft box with 2Roses logo stamped in metal.
Taxes
Any applicable taxes are added at check out.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Damage During Shipping
If work is received damaged through shipping 2Roses will issue a refund of the item. If you have a damage claim, we ask that you do the following:
• take a photograph of the outside of the shipping box.
• take a photograph of the contents of the box with their packing materials

The Item Isn’t What You Expected
If the item you ordered and received isn’t what you expected please email tworoses@2roses.com. We will arrange for either a refund or an exchange for a different item. 2Roses will require that you as the purchaser ship back the contents using the same shipping method and packing as originally sent to you.
